I think my current favorite line from a movie is for a movie I haven't even seen yet. It's from the movie The Fighting Temptations and everytime the line pops up in a commercial for it, I just laugh my butt off.
The scene is set in church. Cuba Gooding Jr.'s character's cellphone rings in church and the preacher says, "Son, if that ain't Jesus calling, shut it off."
I just hope that the line is kept in the movie. Often times, good lines from the trailers end up not making the final cut.
